Auntie Meggo

I wondered if we should make a cake to celebrate baby's first labor day weekend....instead Meghan and I made banana bread and then devoured it. :) Auntie Meggo came for a visit for the long weekend....which is never long enough for me! While she was here I helped her to buy a new car! I am known as the fast talker in the family for car deals (second to Dad, however). She is very pleased with her new purchase. :) We also went to a friend's barbecue, and although it was hot that day, there was a nice breeze and a swimming pool to keep everyone cool enough. Raegan loved being outside most of the day, and really liked watching all the kids in the pool! When we came home that night, she showed off her newly learned and imitation splashing skills! Below is a little clip of her splashing away. I have to say maybe it was more entertaining in person, however. ha!
