This post is dedicated to my brother, who loves the word "poo." Yes, I did end up with poop in my eye, and this is just one of the many adventures of Raegan. It was late one night and I had just finished changing a poopy diaper when I felt a little itch in my eye. As with any itch, my instinct is to scratch it (or rub it in this case). Immediately after I rubbed my eye I thought to myself, "Self, you just changed a poopy diaper and then rubbed your eye. You should go wash your eye now." But instead, I went to bed. :) Next morning, I had a red little stye on my lower eye lid. Live and learn. Now when I rub my eye with poo, I go and wash it. :) Here are so random pictures taken of the last week or so, I believe. Some may be even a little older. Raegan will be 5 weeks old on Monday! Can't believe it. My favorite thing that she is starting to do is to smile in response to our smiles and I love it! Daddy's favorite thing is when he says, "There is no pee in this diaper" and then Raegan pees all over the place. :) He also appreciated projectile pooping without the diaper on.
Here are one of our most treasured times....Raegan sleeping!
She doesn't really care for the bobby "prop-up" but we do it anyway so she doesn't spit up her food after she eats (laying flat is not good after eating).
Raegan: "Why do they torture me with tummy time?!" Grunt!
" Finally, not on my tummy....."
"When do we eat next?"
Full belly :)
"I look like my daddy...."
"It's mommy! Must be almost time to eat again!"

That poo story left me gagging a little, but I understand your level of exhaustion contributed to that poor decision. lol. Also, I'm glad that you explained on skype that you didn't really have visible poo on your hands.
Anyway, Raegan is adorable and I can't wait to see her and hold her! :)
Working so hard at tummy time. Baby work out :) She's so precious.
