15 months already

Our little baby is 15 months old now! Everyone says that "they grow up fast," and I'm definitely starting to feel that way. I can't believe how fast she is changing now!

Funny happenings in the last month...
She loves to press herself up against the screen door when the slider door is open. Because of this, we keep the slider only cracked, for fear she will push through the screen. The other day, this happened! I saw her sticking her leg between the crack of the slider, and then next thing, I see her rolling out the door. By the time I got out there, she was already up and running though the yard! She had a shocked look on her face, but she definitely had that "free at last" vibe going! I had to laugh out loud once I realized she wasn't hurt. She was mad when I brought her back in! Now we need to repair the screen. :/

She thinks Roxy is a horse. She wants to sit on her and bounce up and down and laugh and giggle. Roxy does not find it nearly as amusing. She has sent Raegan rolling on the ground a few times, but Raegan doesn't seem to mind. She just laughs and chases after Rox!

She thinks anything with a strap is a purse. Her cousin Carlee brought her over a mini purse and she puts it on her shoulder and walks around with her arm high in the air so the purse won't fall off. Now she does this with her buckets, her shape sorter....anything she can put over her shoulder.

She wears her glasses on top of her head. Just like adults do when the come inside. She slides them right up to the top of her head and strutts around. Oh boy.

She has a favorite pair of jeans. Yes, jeans. It has been really cool here a few days, especially in the morning so I put a pair of jeans on her to run errands. They are blue with flowers on the pocket. She loves them. When Jasen didn't out them back on her after a diaper change, she got them and brought them over to me, insisting she wear them. She didn't even want to take them off for a bath, a few tears. :( Today I put her in a different pair of jeans that are a grey wash, she couldn't care less. The blue ones are her favorite!

She often walks into the guest bedroom where Meg stays when she is here, and she signs Aunt Meg. She signs it fast, and she looks sad. I think its cool that she can ask for certain people.

We're heading to Illinois soon to see my family! It will be great to see Raegan interacting with everyone, and exploring everything that is new to her!
