Brief updates

I know that i haven't posted in a while, and I have been meaning to! There are some great pics from Easter and Raegan's birthday party that I want to share. For now, I'll just give a brief update of our family....

The latest and greatest is that Raegan started a pre-school/day care program. It has been harder than any of us imagined, particularly me. I knew it would be a tough transition for Reagan and I underestimated how tough it would be for me. I continue to stand by the belief that it is a really good program. I continue to question whether it is right for Raegan right now. Each day seems to be getting easier, and the staff tell me that she is doing better each day as well. This is little consolation when tears stream down her face when she realizes I am taking her to school in the morning. Yesterday, I had to take a time out in the bathroom to shed a few tears of my own, as it is so difficult for me to cope with seeing Raegan upset. We are going to give it a little more time, and have been in contact with our nanny in case we decide this just isn't for our little girl right now. Ugh. Parenting is tough.

Jasen started a new job! He is really liking it so far, and is working hard to get certified to do mortgages in every state. Go Jay! He can be the go to guy for mortgages for the family!

I started a new job, too. Well, it was my old job that I went back to after 6 months at another job that just didn't work out for me. So, I'm back to commuting but I really love what I do.
